So sorry for not seeing those posts – I’m visiting family & am a little all over the place. 😜😄

Love the graphic! 💜 I’m sorry that I’ve had to miss the discussions for ‘Whole Brain Living’ and Bird by Bird. (It’s been a bit crazy busy in my small corner of the world recently! 😜) I went looking for the replays, but didn’t see them. I know the new platform is being built, but in the meantime, are there replays for all of the classes, and if so, where can I find them? Thanks so much!🙏🏻💜

I needed that reminder, as a lot of times I tend to like to stay/hide out in the less turbulent end of the pool, especially when it feels so abrupt—at least until I feel it out a bit. I agree that both spaces are necessary for any form of creativity to be brought forward. I mean, it takes friction to create fire. 😉
This quote kind of spoke to me about this:
“The role of a writer is not to say what we can all say, but what we are unable to say. ~ Anais Nin
Bringing the uncomfortable and the intuitive pieces to the table to create some magic. 💜🙏🏼💜

I was feeling some of the same ‘triggered’ vibes, and wanted to reply a few days ago but for some reason I wasn’t happy with any of the verbiage that was coming to mind. But your “Spartan-like smash resistance… If beating ourselves up or forcing things were the answer, I think it would have already worked for a lot of us!” was dead on! Thank you both. So good!🤗
